Happy Birthday to You is the tenth stage of Piano Tiles 2. It is unlocked when the player reaches Level 4.

Background[]

The melody was, while disputed, composed by the two sisters, Patty Smith Hill and Mildred J. Hill. The song was first introduced to Patty's kindergarten class in Kentucky, known as "Good Morning to All". Later, the students of theirs were fascinated with the version of the song that they start singing it in parties, changing the lyrics to the present "Happy Birthday to You".

In 1935, the song was copyrighted by the Summy company. However, the federal judges declared that the copyright of the song only applies to the piano arrangement, not the melody and lyrics. Therefore, previous claims of copyright infringement is invalid.

Differences[]

It is nearly the same as the original, with two variations of the melody added. The first variation is in 2/4, while the second variation is in 3/4.

Gameplay[]

This song starts out with 4.17 TPS which is slow-moderate speed. There are lots of holding tiles which makes it not hard at all. However after the first star, it speeds up significantly to 4.53 TPS, which is moderate speed. There are more single tiles and the tune changes drastically. After the second star, it speeds up to 4.87 TPS, which is a lot faster, almost 5. There are lots of consecutive single tiles which can be a little challenging for players. It can be somewhat hard for the beginners, but doable.

Strategy[]

Be prepared for the consecutive single tiles on the second star.

Before 3-star[]
